Andrea usually does a small value study when out doing research for a painting. Sometimes it is in graphite and sometimes in watercolor. She will show you her method for rendering the grand views here in the Pacific Northwest into Mini Landscapes. Andrea will demonstrate two different landscapes, explaining the important aspects of composition, color and atmospheric perspective. She will talk about what materials she uses and why, as she demonstrates. You can work along with her, or watch and take notes for later. There will be a Question & Answer time after the demos.
