Where do I go to make reservations and find out more about hospitality offerings?

What is the relationship between Fort Worden Hospitality and the Fort Worden PDA?

Fort Worden Hospitality is a completely separate non-profit company from the Fort Worden PDA. The FWPDA has entered in to a concessionaire agreement with Fort Worden Hospitality to operate the vacation home rentals, venue and meeting space rentals, Reveille Café, Guardhouse Pub, Cablehouse Canteen and catering services. Until the FWPDA establishes their campus wide maintenance program, the Fort Worden Hospitality maintenance and IT teams will contract with the FWPDA for those services on campus.

What does the Fort Worden Hospitality operations encompass?

43 Historic Vacation Rental Houses; 9 Indoor Venues; 5 Outdoor Venues; 3 Onsite Eateries; Catering Commercial Kitchen within the 90-acre area that is contained within the FWPDA Master Lease with Washington State Parks.

Who is on the Fort Worden Hospitality Board?

The board is comprised of Board President Wendy Davis, owner of Lila’s Kitchen, Bar Car and Brent Davis Construction; Treasurer Jeff Jackson, Managing Director of Thayer Ventures, Secretary Natasha Zweig, HR professional; and members Cindy Finnie, First Federal Bank Board President, Laura Figueroa Ware, President Flying Crow Creative; Quentin Incao, CEO Q Hospitality Management and Shelley Oswald, Clark Nuber.

Where can I find Fort Worden Hospitality’s offices at Fort Worden?

Hospitality’s main office is located in the Commons Building 210 along with the Food and Beverage Team and our commercial kitchen. The Reservations Desk in the Commons Lobby is the central hub for information about the operations.

The Administrative team is located in Schoolhouse Building 298.

The Sales Office is located in Schoolhouse Building 298, north side.

The Maintenance Team is located in Building 304.
