We are creating a ‘Cape Farm Table’ dinner with a collection of flavors and a celebration of Cape wine and cultures. Enjoy six perfectly paired South-African wines from several Cape wine farms with a five course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Donald Cobb Jr. South African favorites that may be included on this menu are: Bobotie Spring Rolls, Dukka Spiced Cauliflower Samosa & Chutney paired with a 2017 Lievland Chenin Blanc.
