The next natural step with Encaustic Monotypes (original one-of-a-kind prints made with beeswax and paper on a heated palette) is to adhere the artwork to a cradled panel, create postcards-greeting cards-journals, small collages and large collages. This 1.5 hour demonstration will be a live Zoom class to view from your home, showing you how to prepare the back of your prints, a variety of adhesives and how to use them, including a chine-colle process for hanging artwork. There are a variety of methods, and Vicky will be showing you her personal favorites. Technical handouts with resources will be provided. Questions welcome. Designed as a specialty class for Encaustic Printmakers, Collage Artists and Photo Transfer Artists.
