The Fort Worden Lifelong Learning Center Public Development Authority (FWPDA) will be holding a Special Board Meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 28th, 2021. This will be a remote web- and phone-based public meeting in accordance with Emergency Order 20-28.15, issued by Governor Jay Inslee. Public comment on agenda topics will be taken at the meeting; comments are limited to 3 minutes each. Written public comment also may be submitted in advance to apalmer@fortworden.org.
The Board of Directors of the Fort Worden Lifelong Learning Center Public Development Authority (FWPDA) has rescheduled its October, November, and December 2021 meetings.
To accommodate schedules and allow for more attendance, special FWPDA board meetings have been scheduled for the following dates and times:
– Thursday, Oct. 28th, 5 – 8 p.m.
– Tuesday, Nov. 23rd, 4 – 7 p.m.
– Tuesday, Dec. 21st, 4 – 7 p.m.
The 9 a.m. meetings previously scheduled for October 27th, November 24th, and December 22nd are cancelled.

The Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 public meeting of the Fort Worden Lifelong Learning Center Public Development Authority Board of Directors has been cancelled. The FWPDA Board anticipates calling a special public board meeting for June 30th, and the agenda and meeting details will be published when ready in a formal meeting notice.
The City of Port Townsend is seeking individuals to serve as short-term, transitional board members for the Fort Worden PDA and guide the organization during this transitional time.
