Fort Worden Hospitality is happy to welcome you to Fort Worden State Park. Below are some pre-arrival details for you and your guests to know.

• Check-in is from 4 PM – 6 PM (If late arrival, arrangements can be made, please inquire.)
• Check-out is by 11 AM (Check-out is touchless, drop of key and a final receipt will be emailed to you.)

The Reservations Desk is located at the Commons, 210 Battery Way, Port Townsend, WA  98368. Please call 360.344.4400 – Option 1 if you should need assistance from the Fort Worden Reservations Team.

Keys must be returned to the Front Desk Key Drop by 11:15 AM to avoid $100.00 lost key charge.

Based on availability and the historic charm of our accommodations, we will do our best to accommodate your preferred housing.

If you are staying in a house with a fireplace we do sell Duralogs for you to use for $6 a piece plus tax. Please let us know if you’d like to add to your reservation in advance or ask upon arrival.

Your rental will have:

• (1) 5 qt pot
• (1) 2 qt pot
• (1) baking sheet
• (1) frying pan
• Cooking utensils (spoon, ladle, spatula)
• Measuring cups
• Can opener
• Tea kettle
• Dinner plates
• Cereal bowls
• Butter knives

• Wine glasses
• Wine opener

• Coffee cups
• Coffee machine

Guests are asked to clean any used dishware prior to departure. If kitchen is left messy upon departure a cleaning fee will be assessed.

Some of our regular in-house amenities have been suspended including daily housekeeping services and at this time we are doing no contact drop-off services. Please contact our Reservations team in advance to schedule any special requests or contactless replenishment during your stay.

Also note gas/propane grills are allowed at least 25 feet from any building, but please refrain from use on the porches. Fort Worden vacation rentals and property is a tent-free zone and does not allow overnight camping, with the exception of identified Fort Worden Park campsites (Book online at https://parks.state.wa.us/)

Please let a Reservation Agent know if you are bringing a pet or need an Aerobed prior to arrival. Up to (2) pets are allowed in designated pet friendly accommodations with a $30 per day, per pet fee, plus tax.

Pets are not allowed inside any of Fort Worden’s venues with the exception of licensed service dogs. A deep cleaning fee of up to $500 will be applied if evidence of a pet is found in a non-pet friendly accommodation or venue.

While Fort Worden Hospitality is taking numerous precautions to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff, there remains a risk of contracting the virus.  Guests stay in our accommodations and use other indoor and outdoor facilities of their own will and at their own risk.  By accepting these terms], guests knowingly waive and release Fort Worden Hospitality (including its officers, directors, employees, and agents) from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, including those caused by negligence, in any way related to COVID-19.  This waiver and release is binding on the reservation holder, guests, guests’ guardians, assigns, heirs, administrators, and executors.
