Wage & Benefits: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience; this is a full-time position and includes full benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Position Summary: The Assistant Bookkeeper is responsible for accounting data entry, public records management and human resources administrative management duties. The Assistant Bookkeeper maintains vital financial, human resources and public records, collects data and provides information to the public when requested. Job Description: Line Cook / Prep Cook
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Food Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Wage & Benefits: $16.50-$18 per hour depending on experience plus tips; this is a full-time position and includes full benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.
Position Summary: The Cook is responsible for preparing food according a recipe, preparing assigned menu items and all manual labor involved to clean and maintain their station practicing good safety, sanitation and organization skills. The Cook works as part of a team in a dynamic and intense kitchen environment. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values and management principles, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Clean the kitchen and equipment before and after food service
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

• Maintain food quality standards in production, presentation and service

The Senior Porter receives written and verbal instruction from the Housekeeping Manager regarding tasks that need attention and is also expected to walk the property and address any items under his/her purview that need attention. The Senior Porter will supervise seasonally hired Porters ensuring proper training and oversight is provided. The role maintains a thorough knowledge of The Fort and all of its grounds, products and services as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization.
