Add a new dimension to your watercolor paintings! In this class, you will learn a variety of techniques for creating fun, unique and interesting textures and patterns. Unlike painting with oils and acrylics, watercolor painting is all about how to control the paint, but at the same time, letting go. In learning how to create various textures and patterns, you will be practicing this balance. Once you’ve completed this class, you are encouraged to create a watercolor journal of ideas, experimenting with your own textures and patterns. Use this journal whenever you need inspiration, or a new twist on a tried and true subject. All are welcome!
